Strategy 3: Risk management

Strategy 3: Risk management
Maybe you are tense, frustrated, and worried. You have made many wrong decisions and committed numerous mistakes. You read articles and watched a lot of videos. Nothing worked. Everyone says to do this and that . That's why we simplified the entire trading system into three simple strategies. Risk management is one of them. Let's discuss our third and final strategy.

Risk management is a simple but powerful strategy that every millionaire trader efficiently follows. Let's follow this simple rule in an organized way.

Before you start your day and open positions in trading, set clear goals for the day. Write those goals in a journal, on sheets, or on paper. People usually don't have clear goals in trading. But it's a game of discipline. You must have clear profit targets and risk limits daily.

Once risk limits and profit goals are set, you are ready to take good trades today. Just take quality trades. Focus on taking two or three trades per day because you have a loss limit for today. Let's say you set a loss limit of 500 today. If you take a bad trade, you are out of the game for today, so trade only good setups based on solid analysis. If you hit your limit, don't add money; step away and don't look at the chart for a single minute. You can make a plan for tomorrow. Once you hit the profit goal, withdraw it. Keep the next day's trading amount in balance.

The most important part of risk management is that once your loss limit hits, never add size, never add money. You are done for today. If your profit target is reached, keep the money in the bank and in a separate place; never add that money back after missing your target amount. If you hit your target today, tomorrow will be much better, and that's how you will make a memorable year. Stick to your daily risk. Once you hit your profit, keep that money in savings; withdraw it from your trading account. Most traders never withdraw money, and that's how they feel confident, take risky trades, and lose money.

After a month, you will see clear improvements because you were disciplined daily. After a year, it will be huge. So never keep extra money in your trading account; your goal is to withdraw the profits. And if you lose, never trade that day.

Summary: Master risk management in trading. Set daily loss limits and profit targets, take only quality trades, withdraw profits, and stop when limits hit. Simple rules that protect your capital.
